Olusola Oke is a businessman with decades of varied corporate and entrepreneurial experience. A graduate of Kwara State College of Technology and CETO Institute of Business with Diplomas from University of the District of Columbia and Howard University.

He worked as a Senior Manager at Ikoyi Hotel from 1983 through 1987 during which time he also worked at Bristol Hotel and Federal Guest House. He moved to Austria in 1988 where he worked for the Hotel and Tourism Institute. After his stint in Austria, he moved to the United States in 1990, where he started a group of companies: Das Motors LLC, a vehicle dealership in the state of Maryland; A licensed member of Manheim Auto and Heavy Equipment Auctioneers. Blessing Homes Baltimore MD, a licensed convalescent center for mentally challenged individuals. Soniyo International Ltd, a multi-faceted company engaged in the importing and exporting, purchasing and leasing of automobile, Logistics, Oil and Gas industry and heavy equipment, Dealer and representative of machinery and equipment manufacturers.

He is an accomplished businessman, a facilitator extraordinaire!

Hon. Abdulkadir Mamman Nasir, was born on the 6th of January, 1965 in Malumfashi, Katsina State. He is a graduate of Ahmadu Bello University. He holds a PGDM from Bayero University, Kano. Hon. Abdulkadir Mamman Nasir is to be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Japaul Oil & Maritime Services Plc.

He was a Member of the Board of Directors, Katsina State Transport Authority and Member, Board of Directors, Newsprint Manufacturing Company, Akwa Ibom State between 2000 and 2003. As an outstanding Politician, he was elected Chairman, Malumfashi Local Government in 2004, appointed Chairman, Local Caretaker Committee, Malumfashi Local Government in 2004, elected Member, House of Representatives in 2011, and in 2015, he became the Chairman, All Progressives Congress, Katsina State, a position he occupies till date.

He has to his credit, several awards and certificates in recognition of his dedication and meritorious services. He is an Associate Member, Institute of Treasury Management and Financial Accountants. He is married and blessed with children.

Onome Okodiya, Esq. LL.B, BL, and Notary Public. He attended the Bendel state University Ekpoma, and graduated in 1990 with LL.B (HONS), and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991. He joined the law firm of T. J. Onomigbo Okpoko & Co., in 1993 as a solicitor, and in 1997 was elevated to the position of a Partner in the firm.

He left the firm to set up Onome Okodiya & Co in 2007. He has handled several high-profile cases, acquired vast experience in corporate litigation, involving intricate issues of law for various companies and individuals. He is widely traveled and has attended several International, National Conferences and seminars, and is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA) Port Harcourt.

He was a member of the state enlarged Executive Committee (EXCO) between 2000 and 2002 and is currently a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Port Harcourt Branch of the Nigeria Bar Association.

Mr. Akinloye Daniel Oladapo is the Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Japaul Oil & Maritime Services Plc. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Urban & Regional Planning from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, Postgraduate Diploma and M.Sc Degree in Transport from Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye (now Olabisi Onabanjo University).

He worked for several years with Dapkol Engineering Limited, where he rose to the position of Project Manager, before he resigned his appointment in 1997. While with Dapkol Engineering Limited, he contributed immensely to the successful completion of various projects undertaken by the company, including the EEC sponsored projects under Lome II Convention.

He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Japaul Oil & Maritime Services Plc since 2008 where he rose to the position of the Deputy Group Managing Director of the Company, and Acting Group Managing Director before his confirmation as Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer in 2018. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Transport, London, and a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Shipping.

He undertook his Law Degree (LL.B) at the University of Benin. He was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria after passing out from the Nigerian Law School with a Second Class Upper in 1989. He also has a Master's in Law (LL.M) from the University of Lagos where he specialized in Labour Law, Company Law, International Economic Law, Sentencing and Treatment of Offenders.

As a Research Assistant at the Federal Ministry of Justice, Lagos from 1991-1993, he was also part of the team commissioned by the then Attorney General of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Prince Bola Ajibola to conduct an extensive research on cases adjudicated by Nigerian Courts which culminated in the publication of the All Nigerian Law Reports by the Federal Ministry of Justice. Michael has been in Private Legal Practice for several years and has been involved in a broad spectrum of Legal matters with a bias for Corporate Law, Criminal Appeals and Commercial Litigation. He is a Notary Public of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and accepts instructions as a CEDR Accredited Mediator. Michael is a member of both the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and International Bar Association (IBA).

Mr. Edeko holds several directorships and sits on the Boards of a number of Corporations including Benkline Nigeria Ltd, an Oil and Gas Services Company with international affiliations. He is the Group Company Secretary and Legal Adviser of Japaul Oil and Maritime Services Plc and its Subsidiary Companies. He is the Promoter, Chairman and Principal Shareholder of Le Brigadier Hotels Ltd, the operator of Le Brigadier Hotel, Badore, Lagos. Michael has advised a number of international companies on African and Nigerian matters in the areas of Joint Ventures, Due Diligence enquiries and in general areas of financial services.
