Japaul Mines and Products Limited (JMPL) is Mining Company in Nigeria with Quarry Sites located at Ifon and Calabar. The Company has two major Quarry products Depots from where she sells to Customers. The depots are in Bayelsa and Igwuruta.

Management Team
Shobola Olakunle- General Manager,Japaul Mines and Products Limited
He joined Japaul Oil & Maritime Services Plc. as Administrative Officer in 2000. He later worked as Logistics Officer before his elevation as Procurement Manager with responsibility for both local and foreign procurement. He later became the Senior Manager (Quarry & Trucking) with principal responsibility for managing the company’s Quarry and overseeing the company’s Trucking department with its numerous fleets. He holds HND, NIS
Alade Adebolu Joshua - Operations / Production (Team Heads)
He is a Graduate of Geology from Universoty of Ibadan, Oyo State Nigeria and Strategic Project Management (M.Sc) from Herriot Watt University is currently the Operations Manager. He joined the employment of the Company in 2007 as Assistant Operations Manager in JMPL from where he was posted to work in EGQ in 2008. Before joining Japaul, he had served in StoneCraft CFTZ as Production Supervisor and Chartered Petroleum Services as a Field Analyst. He is a member of the Project Management Institute; Member ID # 1819986. has undergone relevant certified trainings including Sandvik Maintenance Course (2010), Implant Firefighting Course (2006)

BLASTING:
For specialty and fine result, JM&P does not handle its explosive directly and in this vain has contracted this section of the business to one of the reputable blasting company.
Since March 2008, and by planning and resolution with the blasting company JM&P has continuously blasted 200,000 tons of material per month this volume is expected to go up by more than 150% as soon as the CR 01 line B and CR 02 come on stream.
Environment compliance:
For the protection of environment, health and safety hazards from quarrying and crushing operations, we are using a state of the art dust encapsulation system comprising of building with dust filter unit in crushing plant, along with water spray. And water jets in all around mining and transportation area.
Also we propose to install a dust dispersion system in the new crushing plants in order to control the dust emission to the barest minimum. In respect of environmental protection green plants are also planted around to beautify the views.
In JM&P Ltd the issue of health and safety comes first in all endeavor of our operations, and we have full compliance to the environmental laws of the land.
PRODUCTION VOLUME:
The monthly production at JM&P Ltd presently stands at 520,000 tons which is expected to increase with the inclusion of the new lines upstream.
INVESTMENT VOLUME:
With all modesty, an investment value of over 2.3 Billion Naira has been expended on the quarry, including expansion project. And more investment is still envisaged to actualize the great dream of Company in pursuit of the group mission statement.
HAULAGE/TRUCKING
The Company has a trucking department, running over 80 fleets of trucks, which is meant for support services, in the area of haulage of stone aggregates to different locations within the country.
We also have more than 250 Trucks in the fleet of our Haulage Contractors for delivery of materials to various sites of our Customers.
Our operations cover rock penetration (drilling), rock fragmentation (blasting), materials handling (loading and haulage) and lastly, comminution and sizing (crushing and screening)
We produce all sizes of Stone aggregates, Stone sand as well as Road base materials to the Public, Construction Companies & Contractors.
The products can as well be delivered to you at your project site.
