Japaul Plc corporate caches policies, which are printed in the HSE handbook and issued to every staff, simply establishes the unrivalled management commitment to the saying “Everyone goes home safe”.

The policies are fully implemented and all staff are made to comply with all safety rules and regulations. Japaul Plc frowns at violations of all these policies, especially, Drugs and Alcohol policy.

Upon non-compliance, the situation is immediately stabilized before disciplinary actions are activated and appropriate measures meted to the offender.
In the same vein, the well thought out incentive scheme confers awards on / rewards deserving staff.They are usually honored in the glare of all other staff and guests during the annual HSE awareness week.

All Japaul Plc equipment are put in top state of worthiness and certified by clients’ competent inspectors before they are mobilized for projects. While in operation during project execution, they are maintained based on the company’s maintenance Plan, developed to keep them running efficiently and to prevent failures that would bring about injury, downtime and even damage

Japaul Plc enjoys the protection of the company’s interest by the host communities in every area of operation. This is as a result of the very cordial relationship that exists between both parties, which is hinged upon mutual respect for agreed components of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The company goes beyond fulfilling all the requirements to secure FTO by powering some of the developmental projects in those communities.

In the event of fresh agitations and disturbances, all the stakeholders will converge, using the instrument of dialogue to forge ahead in a most peaceful and mutually beneficial way.
